If you check 1 min chart after 1 minute it will be either up or down, similarly 5min chart after 5min will be either up or down. This is true for any chart for that much time.
This has big hint for correct trading.
Decide your time frame (eg 5min chart for positional trader), take trade on some logic in it. And after that don't be bothered about vibrations of price in lower charts. Those are just to make you nervous and exit with small profit or large loss.
Exit only if the chart you entered shows exit logic.
Comes with practice. Not v difficult.
One good profit offsets multiple small losses.
