trading is as much a skill, an art as much a science.....

the faster one learns to lose consciously, the earlier and better one learns....self talk

many of the good trades, like the up move yesterday, are the chances sans indications......good trading therefore is a lot about taking likely chances which can never be obvious till they have actually unfolded. experience, imagination, and fearlessness can make that possible

not everything that happens in the market is visible before it just appears......trading needs the skill to fight in the dark taking clues from the silent sounds....self talk

trading is a highly private business.....self talk

one can't be really successful in trading till one enjoys it......fear, stupidity and greed are serious pollutants.....self talk

when one shares his trade, his trading mind gets polluted and influenced.when one doesn't, no one knows......the key question there is....should one?

strongly feel that one should neither share his opinion nor trade if one is to go beyond a level......sharings should be only in terms of experiences....past tense....never in future tense and never never in present tense.....self talk

but unfortunately that goes against the spirit of a group

if I were to advise (??) anyone,I would ask him or her to trade alone and secretly, never reveal it till many days after, and discuss, hear and say only when he or she isn't trading

the blind man holding hands of other blinds is not good for the waiting paths.....

JP: .but the same goes true, when a guy with clear sight shows path to a blind out of his gesture towards him ..

you can't be a winner in trading together, but you can definitely lose together.....

true jp....but trading is a moving target, no one has 6/6 vision, and

no one believes each other totally (only partially, and that's dangerous) and

everyone has different life and trading realities

a fish shouldn't copy a bird and vice versa

even if u don't share the trades, do share your views and do give hints

if we don't share trades outrightly but do share views and share hints, our trading practice, confidence and judgement will grow.....without influence....our own wings will get strengthened.....self talk
